What should you avoid when using eye bolts?

• Users of the eye screw must be trained to use the product. The main purpose is to use the product correctly and ensure safety;
• In different occasions and different application scenarios, the correct model, grade and length must be reasonably selected, and the appropriate product must be reasonably selected;
• Each lifting eye screw must be carefully checked for damage and deformation before use. If it is damaged or deformed, it should be replaced immediately;
• The lifting eye bolts must be screwed to fit closely with the support surface. It is not allowed to use tools to tighten it, and ensure that the thread and the threading port are tightly matched;
• Different types of eyebolts should be designed within the range of their stress directions. Specifically, you can refer to its standards. For example, there are different standards for eyebolts, and different material grades, so it must be ensured that they are within the stress range;
• The maximum hoisting weight of the eyebolt is the rated load, and it must not be overloaded, otherwise, there will be other serious consequences;
• If the eyebolt wears more than 10% of the interface diameter during use, it must be stopped. If you continue to use it forcibly, various safety accidents are prone to occur, so special attention must be paid.
