Torx Pan Head O Ring Seal Screws are waterproof screws specifically designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and extreme temperatures. developed to prevent contaminants such as air, water, and dirt from entering or leaving an application. engineered with a groove under the head of the screw or the face of the nut that —  when combined with a rubber O-ring and tightened — squeezes outwardly to form a 360-degree leak-proof hermetic seal.

The O-ring is positioned within a groove on the underside of the pan head to provide 360-degree sealing performance. The undercut groove ensures that the O-ring will not break or crack once the screw is torqued. The metal-to-metal contact prolongs the life of the O-ring, which stays uncompromised under pressure.

The pan head seal screws are widely used in military applications or those with strict sealing requirements. They can also be found within food processing applications, electronic devices, and medical equipment.
