Hex Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws are configured with a rubber O-ring (or a rubber element) that when squeezed, permanently seals out contaminants. such as air, water, and microparticles from degrading the fastening material. These components are also vibration and pressure-resistant, outperforming typical fasteners in highly pressurized environments. Such applications may include pneumatic pumps used in medical ventilators, pressure valves in industrial machinery, or rocket engines orbiting in space.

Besides,countersunk o ring seal screws provide an economic and efficient sealing solution for an extensive range of applications. Ready to use out of the box, they offer a long lifespan and can be reused in many cases.

Sealing bolts are made of corrosion-resistant metals, such as stainless steel and steel alloys, titanium, or Brass and Monel. Some of the most common o ring materials include Nitrile rubber (Buna-N), EPDM, Neoprene, PTFE, and Silicone rubber – all of which host different chemical, physical and mechanical properties.

They are available in a range of drive types e.g. Phillips / Pozi Countersunk Seal Screws, Slotted Countersunk Seal Screws, Socket Countersunk Seal Screws, and 6 Lobe Torx (TX) Countersunk O-Ring Seal Screws.
